The iconic American Eagle is securely fastened to the front of this vintage magazine/knitting basket, trimmed with a golden strip around the hoop and on the feet. This basket design returns our imagination to an earlier time with patriotic decor. The strong ash handle and solid hardwood feet shows there is plenty of life left for this old basket. The ash has darkened over time, given the basket an especially deep, rustic look.
This authentic antique basket will look great in a hunting lodge, man-cave, den or vintage-decorated family room.
